Sinai Health System Business Integrity Office   Location: Chicago, IL

Position Summary:

The Compliance Extern will work under the supervision of the Audit & Compliance Manager and will assist in maintaining the Business Integrity Office's compliance procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Audit & Compliance Manager in the day-to-day management of the Sinai Business Integrity Program
  • Assist in the implementation of the Business Integrity Program  policies and procedures
  • Assist in training and education on compliance-related topics
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
We are looking for a 2L or 3L with an interest in healthcare compliance for the Fall and/or Spring semesters. This is an unpaid position but we can assist with the candidate obtaining externship credit, if available through their institution.
