Membership – Membership in the Long Term Care CFG is open to
all Health Care Compliance Association members, however, it is customary
that the members of the Long Term Care CFG have a professional interest
or background in compliance, ethics and business ethics in Long Term
Care, including Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities as well as
those that provide care for the elderly in their home will be the ones
to benefit the most from the CFG activities of the Long Term Care
Compliance Focus Group. Learn about recent developments in

compliance, ethics and business ethics issues and concerns that are
unique or specific to their activities and that don’t exist in
long term care organizations. The Long Term Care CFG will provide
a forum and means for identifying, discussing and helping participants
to develop solutions to these special compliance and business ethics
concerns and issues through participation in some or all of the
following activities:
- Regular articles in HCCA’s Compliance Today
- Supporting the Compliance Institute’s Long Term Care Industry
Immersion
- Maintaining the documents library and other Community areas of the
HCCA’s Long Term Care Community page on the HCCA website.
- Maintaining the Long Term Care Compliance Focus Group Directory and
Peer Support Groups
