Physician Group Practice

Membership – Membership in the Physician Group Practice CFG is open to all Health Care Compliance Association members, however, it is customary that the members of the Physician Group Practice CFG have a professional interest or background in compliance and business ethics in issues relating to Physician Groups will be the ones to benefit the most from the CFG activities of the Physician Group Practice Compliance Focus Group.  Topics that concern compliance officers who work specifically with Physician Group Practices are covered.  For example, quality and risk management.
Purpose – To recognize that physician group practice organizations have compliance and business ethics issues and concerns that are unique or specific to their activities and that don’t exist in physician care organizations.  The Physician Group Practice CFG will provide a forum and means for identifying, discussing and helping participants to develop solutions to these special compliance and business ethics concerns and issues through participation in some or all of the following activities:

  • Regular articles in HCCA’s Compliance Today
  • Supporting the Compliance Institute’s Physician Group Practice Industry Immersion
  • Maintaining the documents library and other Community areas of the HCCA’s Physician Group Practice Community page on the HCCA website.

To become a member of the Physician Group Practice CFG first you must be a member of HCCA.  Then, please contact the Physician Group Practice CFG Co-Chairs with your contact information.
