Membership – Membership in the Research CFG is open to all
Health Care Compliance Association members, however, it is customary
that the members of the Research CFG have a professional interest or
background in compliance and ethics in Research, whether it be in a for
or not for profit setting and they will be the ones to benefit the most
from the CFG activities of the Research Compliance Focus Group.
Gain valuable information on the basics of compliance as they relate to
research settings. Cover more complicated topics too.
Purpose – To recognize that research organizations have compliance
and business ethics and ethics issues and concerns that are unique or
specific to their activities and that don’t exist in the same form
in their research organizations. The Research CFG will provide a
forum and means for identifying, discussing and helping participants to
develop solutions to these special compliance, ethics and business
ethics concerns and issues through participation in some or all of the
following activities:
-
Regular articles in HCCA’s Compliance Today
-
Supporting the Compliance Institute’s Research Industry
Immersion
-
Maintaining the documents library and other Community areas of the
HCCA’s Research Community page on the HCCA website.
-
Providing planning for audio conferences on pertinent topics in
Research
To become a member of the Research CFG first you must be a member of HCCA. Then, please contact
