The US Sentencing Commission (USSC) has published a notice in the December 30 Federal Register on its proposed changes to the US Sentencing Guidelines. The HCCA Executive Committee has submitted comments related to the proposed changes in Chapter 8 relating to compliance programs. These comments, as well as a cover letter to the USSC, are linked from this email.
