HCCA Membership Satisfaction Report
HCCA has designed a survey to get a better understanding
of the current state of the association and needs of the members. The
survey specifically gathered information on how to streamline the flow
of information for the yearly Compliance Institute, and how well HCCA
communicates with their members.
HCCA outsourced the survey administration to Veris
Consulting, LLC. The survey was posted online to ensure quick
distribution and easy completion. The survey link was posted on the HCCA
website and emailed to 4,440 HCCA members. To insure confidentiality and
accuracy, the survey was anonymous and all individual responses were
reviewed only by Veris. A total of 956 surveys were entered online.
The report results are split into three categories: all
participants, new members, and current members. Based on HCCA’s
data analysis interests, results are displayed separately for
participants who have been members less than one year referred to as new
members (29.3% of participants) and for participants who have been
members for two to five years referred to as current members (50.2% of
participants). Assumingly, participants who have been members between
one and two years placed themselves in one of the two categories.
Each question and coinciding results are displayed in
the order they appear on the survey. A count and percent distribution is
shown for each multiple choice question, while a list of answers to
open-ended questions is available in the 2 appendices. Participants
provided an overwhelming amount of feedback, comments, and suggestions
to the open-ended questions, which in turn will help HCCA better
understand their members.
