A two-part audio conference series from HCCA
The Office of the Inspector General’s Work Plan 2007 was issued
on September 25, 2006, bringing a host of initiatives for hospitals and
physician practices. The OIG will be evaluating the effectiveness of
states’ False Claims Act compliance with the Deficit Reduction
Act, and each state that is more effective may receive a greater portion
of the fines and penalties collected.
