HCCA's Healthcare Research Compliance Academy is a three-and-a-half-day comprehensive training program designed to help attendees increase their ability to manage effective compliance programs. Our faculty of experts provides guidance and insights on many areas that affect research compliance professionals on a day-to-day basis, including emerging risks and solutions.

This Academy offers general healthcare compliance practitioners a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of research compliance and how research regulations can impact any healthcare organization. Participants do not have to be at a research facility to benefit from this opportunity.

Unlike larger conferences, the Healthcare Research Compliance Academy provides participants a classroom-style, hands-on approach to learning that encourages small-group interaction and networking opportunities. Attendees can also earn the live Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® continuing education units (CEUs) required to sit for the optional Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC)® exam on the last day.

Because class size is limited, Academies typically sell out several weeks, if not months, in advance. We encourage prospective attendees to enroll as early as possible.

Course materials are provided onsite the first day of the Academy. This includes a binder containing all course materials and one-year online access to the Research Compliance Professional’s Handbook (a $225 value).
