A reduced rate of $229 single/double occupancy per night plus a $29.00 per night resort fee and applicable taxes (currently 16.07%, subject to change), has been arranged for the conference. All reservations must be made with a valid major credit card. The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is Thursday, October 13, 2022. After the cutoff date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Individual reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate and applicable taxes for each room cancelled. An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
