Products and Subscriptions Terms & Conditions
Product & Subscription Fees. Prices are listed as is and considered net of any local withholding taxes applicable in your country of residence.
Payment Terms. Checks are payable to HCCA. Credit cards accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. HCCA will charge your credit card the correct amount should your total be miscalculated. If you wish to pay using wire transfer funds, please email helpteam@hcca-info.org for instructions.
Due to PCI compliance, please do not provide any credit card information via email. You may email the PDF form (without credit card information) and call HCCA at 888.580.8373 or +1 952.988.0141 with your credit card information.
Products Defined.
Physical Products are published books that are mailed to the recipient. All with a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN)
Digital Products are the online version of a published book. All with a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN)
Digital Subscriptions are regularly updated publications that have new issues or volumes. HCCA’s current paid subscriptions include the Complete Healthcare Compliance Manual (CHCM), the Report on Medicare Compliance, the Report on Research Compliance, and the Report on Patient Privacy.
Conference Recordings are digital access post conference recordings of events that happened live or virtually.
Digital Product Access Terms. Digital products are accessible through compliancecosmos.org once ordered. You will have access to the product for the “life” of the product. Product life ends after an updated version is released, or the product is phased out.
Digital Subscription Access Terms. You will receive access to your digital subscription product(s) once payment is received. Your digital subscription period will start on the payment date and will be valid for 365 days (1 year). During your subscription period, if updated content is released or additional supplemental material is provided you will have access to those materials.
Digital Subscription Terms of Use. Usage is governed under this website’s Terms of use.
Physical Book Shipping Terms. Products will be shipped via FedEx Ground within the United States and Fed Ex International Economy for any country outside the United States for a flat shipping and handling fee. Shipping delivery dates are estimates and at the will of the delivery service. The seller shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage in transit. If you would like to expediate the shipping of your product, additional fees will apply, contact customer service for details.
Group Discount and Bulk Purchase Policy. Group discounts and bulk pricing are available when multiple people from the same organization bulk buy the same product or subscription. The group discount is NOT available through online registration. Please email helpteam@hcca-info.org for inquires on group rates.
Return Policy for Print Products. Returns are accepted on products that are in like new condition with no marks, folds, or tears within 30 days of the receipt date of the product. Return shipping fees must be covered by the purchaser. The product costs less than the original shipping and handling fee will be refunded to the original form of payment within 14 business days once return is received and validated. The buyer shall indicate the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip (or separate sheet of paper) and include it with the returned Goods to ensure proper credit.

Return Policy for Digital Products and Subscriptions. There are no returns for digital products once they have been delivered. If applicable you may transfer your subscription to another member of your organization at no charge. A transferred subscription will use the remainder of the original subscription term
Copyright and Distribution. Purchases are for individual use only and should not be resold or uploaded to shared servers. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
