A reduced rate of $179 single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes (currently 14.02%, subject to change) and resort fees ($25 per night), has been arranged for the conference. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of these methods. Individual reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be billed for the entire reservation amount.

The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is Tuesday, October 12, 2021. After the cutoff date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
