Lori Strauss

Lori Strauss is the Immediate Past Chief Compliance Officer for Stony Brook Medicine in New York. She is a registered nurse with a Masters degree in health care administration. Lori served in multiple roles over the past 40 years of her career inclusive of compliance for academic medical centers, clinical department administration, hospital education and accreditation, and critical care management. Lori is certified in healthcare compliance, privacy, ethics, research, and coding. She is a board member of SCCE & HCCA. Lori regularly published health care compliance and privacy articles for the Journal of Health Care Compliance.
