A reduced rate of $239.00 single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes (currently 14.95%, subject to change) has been arranged for this program. The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is March 21, 2022 or once the group block is full, whichever comes first. After the cut-off date, reservations will be handled on a rate and availability basis.
To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided either by Group or the guest attending the Event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to <3> days in advance of arrival.
For those who wish to extend their stay, sleeping room rates are available three days before and three days after the Academy based on availability.
