A reduced rate of $232 single/double occupancy per night plus a reduced $20 daily resort fee and applicable taxes (currently 12.5%, subject to change) has been arranged for this program. To obtain the special discounted group rate, click here or call 407-827-4000 and ask for the Academy group rate. The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is December 30, 2022 or once the group block is full, whichever comes first. After the cut-off date, reservations will be handled on a rate and availability basis.

To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 5 days in advance of individual arrival date. For those who wish to extend their stay, sleeping room rates are available three days before and three days after the Academy based on availability.
