A reduced rate of $149 single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes (currently 14.53%, subject to change), has been arranged for the conference. Book your reservation online, or call 1 (888) 627-8068 and ask for the HCCA Regional Conference group rate. All reservations must be made with a valid major credit card. The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is Thursday, August 25, 2022. After the cutoff date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Individual reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be billed a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate and applicable taxes for each room cancelled.
